Simply select the Christmas Poultry or Meat you are looking for and add them to your basket. Your e-ticket will be emailed to you upon completion - this is your receipt you should print this off and bring it along with you. It is your proof of purchase when you collect your order from The Christmas Barn at Rectory Farm, Milton on 23rd December.

Opening Times

Christmas Poultry & Meat Collection is on 23rd December 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Telephone us if you would prefer your order a day earlier we may be able to arrange this for you. 01223 860374. The site will close for Christmas on 23rd December at 4 p.m. items not collected will be frozen for collection in the New Year.

How do I use my DigiTicket?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. Remember to purchase your tickets before midnight prior to your visit. Although it is recommended to print out your email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access, we do understand that sometimes you may have a problem printing, in this case just make a note of the reference number. Please present your confirmation email at The Entrance Kiosk at Rectory Farm Shop  you will then be given your wristbands to allow you on all the activities.

When will I receive my DigiTicket?

You will usually receive your DigiTicket by email within a few minutes of completing your order, however, please allow up to 1 hour during busy periods.

What is your policy on Returns / Refunds / Cancellations?

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds in the event of your ticket needing to be cancelled.  However, if you purchase a ticket for a dated event and cannot attend, please call us and we will endeavour to transfer your ticket to an alternate date, subject to availability and at our discretion.

What currency are transactions completed in?

All transactions take place in GBP.
