How do I use my DigiTicket?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. Bring along your ticket either on your phone or print it out on paper we will then use the barcode to verify your order. We do understand that sometimes you may have a problem printing, in this case just make a note of the reference number and perhaps take a screenshot. Please present your confirmation email at The Outside Kiosk.

When will I receive my DigiTicket?

You will usually receive your DigiTicket by email within a few minutes of completing your order, however, please allow up to 1 hour during busy periods.  If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your junk mail before emailing us on mail@rectoryfarmshop giving you name, date of order and the email address you used and we will check our orders.

What is your policy on Returns / Refunds /Adjustments/Cancellations?

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds the ticket you purchase is non-refundable. 

What currency are transactions completed in?

All transactions take place in GBP. Payable to R H Chapman
