Your Appledore Free Range Turkey has had a long and active life and reached full maturity before being slaughtered on farm avoiding the stress of long distance transportation.  They are then dry plucked and hung for at least 7 days to mature and develop the natural flavour unique to this method. Your turkey will be presented in greaseproof paper along with vac-packed giblets and a recipe leaflet and easy-to-follow cooking tips.
